Called 1 hr before close. Seen in 1/2 hr. Urgent but not an emergency. Everyone is genuinely kind courteous, caring, knowledgeable. Even offered us to stay inside after close to await our ride. Thank you for taking care of our 16 yr old pup!

The staff is always friendly and looking for the best way to help. My dog gets anxious in veterinary environments and the staff is always kind and gentle with him to ensure the most stress free visit.

I was seeking an appoint. on a Sat. And I was not a patient. They saw me anyway. Upon my arrival, there was an emerg. but they gave me an approx. wait time and gave me a choice to wait and saw me after they should have been closed because of the wait.

The staff upfront are very polite and courteous. The vet is knowledgeable and will take the time to explain everything to the pet owner. I feel like. Some of the prices could be better. But the vet fixed my dog every time

I called and they got me in pretty quickly and addressed all of my concerns and my furbaby is so muc..

Although I did not know my old vet was no longer there until I called for appointment,, I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. And was very pleased with our visit We will be going back for all our needs.

All of the above , Lotus was the best we have found for our pets needs and didn't risk anything that wasn't necessary and surgery completely successful to date it's like night and day, We are very happy and so is she. Her demeanor all around.

Everything about our experience was amazing. Doctor took his time to explain everything to us. He even included my daughter in his work. Not only was our cat taken care of very well, my daughter has an experience she will be able to share forever.

They quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an immediate solution. After stabilizing our dog they arranged for overnight care at PET - ER. Thank you for saving Willis as he could have died without prompt and accurate care.

I recommended Lotus to my brother-in-law for his dog and his dog is now doing much better! We had no idea he had hypothyroidism. I brought one cat here as an emergency last March and he's doing great. Lotus always makes time to see pets quickly.

The veterinarian as well as the veterinarian assistant were very attentive and showed genuine concern about my dog Josie . The receptionist were extremely supportive towards my feeling and supportive.They whole facility showed excellence .
