Major Surgical Operations Include:

1.     Our surgical services include a full range of abdominal, soft tissue, ophthalmic, airway, orthopedic, reproductive, and emergency procedures. These include abdominal exploratory surgery, foreign body removal, gastropexy for GDV, splenectomy, cystotomy, diaphragmatic and perineal hernia repairs, pyometra surgery, intestinal resection, and major wound or abscess debridement. We also perform tumor removals such as lumpectomy, mastectomy, eyelid mass excision, and anal sac removal.

2.     Airway and thoracic procedures include aural hematoma repair, laryngeal tie-back, temporary or permanent tracheostomy, and pericardiectomy for pericardial effusion. Ophthalmic surgeries offered include enucleation, conjunctival flap placement, cherry-eye correction, and eyelid corrective procedures.

3.     We provide reproductive surgeries such as cesarean section, spay (therapeutic or preventive), neuter (including cryptorchid), and a variety of soft tissue or trauma-related repairs, including amputations and wound reconstruction. Orthopedic care includes fracture stabilization with splinting when appropriate.
